How can I list property on www.deliveringhomes.com.mt?

You need to create an account with us to be able to list property on our website. From the right-hand side of the website there is a section ‘Register’. Insert your email address and a password and click on ‘register’. You will need to insert your personal details to be able to complete your registration. Such information will be displayed to the interested buyer to get in touch with you.

Is the account free?

Yes, this account is free, and you only need to register once.

Can I upload images of my property?

No, no one can upload images on deliveringhomes.com.mt but users can insert any links that they want to include to advertise their property. This is so on purpose to resemble similar to a craigslist.

Is there a maximum number of properties that I can list online?

No. You can list as much properties as you want, all will be free of charge.

How long is the property listed for?

The property remains visible for 90 days, unless you don’t remove it before that time.

What happens when my property listing expires?

When the 90 days have passed, you will receive an email from us informing you about this. You can either opt to re-list the property (for free) or opt not to re-list it.

I’m interested in buying a property. How can I contact the seller?

Interested buyers must get directly in touch with the seller themselves. To do so, you need to login into your account (see first question to learn how to create an account) and you message the seller directly via our platform. You may also wish to contact the seller on the contact details that are visible in the respective listing.

Is deliveringhomes.com.mt open only for listings from owners?

Our platform is available both for owners and agents for free. Every property indicates whether it has been listed by an owner or an agent, so you would know whom you are contacting.
